Soooo beautiful! As I entered this meditation space in nature I crossed paths with one of my most potent totem animals–the red fox. She gracefully tread through this space reminding me of the essence of shapeshifting, and its multifaceted gifts of healing wherever I walk–healing for myself, the collective and beloved Gaia–ever focused, silent, open, humble. It’s SO powerful to walk through life with a soft inner gaze…feeling the space within and without embracing all that we meet as holding a Divine message.
As a child, this sense of “invisibility” that is so inherent in fox energy felt very lonely and isolating. I didn’t yet understand the profound gifts I was being shown and how to play with these energies in a sacred and humble way. Today I remain open and grateful as I continue expanding and feeling my way through this Divine energy.
