I just wanted to share this image and a video I recorded about nature–how nature always seems to offer an inner sustenance during times of challenges and great change.
And especially during times when nothing seems to be moving–a way to perhaps feel the inner space of nothingness as sacred.
Feeling the discomfort of something wanting to birth yet the time is not yet ripe. These are the times that often feel the most challenging.
