Through working with Judith, I’ve finally found balance in my life. I have learned to embrace and enhance my feminine spirit and let in the healing energy that my body and soul desperately needed. Judith has been such a guiding light – helping me to find comfort within my own skin, encouraging me to embrace joy and peace, and re-igniting my inner flame. For the first time in a long time, I am listening to not just my mind, but my body and soul.

I have known Judith for many years as a yoga student and teacher and as a friend. Judith radiates love and acceptance and understanding… in other words, she is her True Self. She is graceful and grateful in her words and actions, which is infectious. Judith inspires me to explore new approaches to Self-Discovery…to not be inhibited to move freely and to express myself fully and confidently. I am on a journey. I began it almost 65 years ago – ready or not. Twists, turns, falls, saves. Here I am. Family, friends, colleagues, and a fortuitous meeting with Judith.
I characterize my last few years working with Judith as a period of listening, questioning, considering and exploring; resulting in my living/reliving, in a condensed fashion, my childhood, teenhood, young adulthood and mid-life. Looking at people and events in ways I would not have thought of on my own. And now helping me notice a colorful array of options for the future.
Judith is direct and no-nonsense when the situation warrants. She is skillful, supportive, and funny, and has helped me look down into the swirling murky waters of my life and learn to look for stillness and clarity. I am grateful to Judith for shining a light on a new way of looking at life – my life, and all life around me. The journey continues.

I am forever thankful for the illuminating experience while attending sacred movement with Judith. Her group gathering inspired my spirit, opened my heart and challenged my body! She integrated movement to have a unique flow on a deeper level, with spiritual integrity and passion as the basis for every movement. Judith is very nurturing and supportive, and her inner light helped our group transform and feel peace. I felt uplifted and open to my Divine self.

Taking part in the Dancing in deLight series has been such a joy and honor! Judith leads me through the practice with skill and sensitivity. Combining thoughtful meditations, expressive art pieces, sacred movement/dance, poetry, and oracle cards, this practice has both energized me and brought me healing. I have learned to accept the shadows in my life to be teachers and helpers. I have also found clarity and direction amidst adventure and lots of fun! Exploring the chakras in light of the 5 senses has given me the freedom to accept and love myself while becoming the person God made me to be.

In the ten or more years I have known Judith, I have been blessed to call her friend, sister, and teacher. Judith is both gentle and powerful simultaneously. A balancing that most cannot attain nor maintain. Judith can effortlessly flow with the energies and make one feel they can do the same. Judith brings you to a place of surrender thru yogic moves and then on to a place of peace you had not thought possible! She opens the door to connect and create with both your heart and spirit. Judith is what I would call a ‘Spirit Dancer’ at her heart’s core!! Allow her to take you to new heights and depths!

Working with Judith has helped me to make changes in my life that I never thought were possible. Together we have discovered patterns and behaviors, which were entwined so deeply in my being for so long that I didn’t know they were there. In the most kind and supportive ways, Judith has been an advocate, she has challenged my beliefs, she has pushed me closer to my potential exactly when I needed it and allowed me to slow down when it was the right thing for me. As I have navigated the unknown waters of self-reflection and growth for the past few years, Judith has been a steady guide always encouraging, supportive, empathetic, and insightful. What a blessing to have Judith by my side in this journey.

My experience with Judith has been amazing!! She has helped me immensely in expanding both spiritually and within myself. I have opened up and discovered parts of my Self that have been hidden for a long time – this has been so rejuvenating. Through Judith’s guidance, support, and trust in my process, I am able to love and nurture myself through even the most challenging inner shifts. I now feel more grounded and at peace with myself.

My self discovery journey with Judith has empowered me to see my inner strength to cultivate my grounding and self healing. Her guidance has allowed me to come back to who I really was and am through such tools as mindfulness, movement, guided imagery and yoga all while bringing my attention to the physical practice and sensation of breathing.
