Description
In these 90 minute virtual sessions, I will guide you through a movement practice to assist you in deepening into the archetype of your ‘Queen’ or more feminine nature. We will create your personal myth through sacred story-dancing, an embodied soul journey that allows us to reach the places that words can not. The sessions will also help you soften into ‘hidden spaces’ and reunite with lost soul parts from a gentle, curious, and empowered awareness. The practices will be centered around a theme of your choice, which will emerge and deepen throughout the practice, creating space for your personal myth to seed and take flight.
The sessions are enveloped in ceremony and celebration and include some form of the following creative elements. Music, a rattle, drum, and/or singing bowl assist in enhancing your experience.
CANCELLATION POLICY: As long as you cancel at least 48 hours before your session, we will find another suitable time for you, free of charge. No refund is given for any sessions booked, though you can always defer them to a later date, or give the session to someone else.
