I felt deep resistance this morning when I woke up to March’s 4th coastal storm in the Lehigh Valley and deeper resistance when I remembered it was the 1st full day of Spring. I remained in this space of resistance for some time…
At some point during the morning, I heard the words “breathe into the resistance”, allowing myself to slowly surrender into feeling my e-motions of frustration and disappointment. Once I released self-judgment I was able to create a different experience…moving my body in harmony with my e-motions and freeing the dense energy. I softened even more allowing whatever sounds needed to be released “Rrrrrrrrrrrr” and this invoked a wonder-full remembrance of the Lion’s Breath inviting laughter and playfulness into the entire experience.
